  4.   1. Purpose of ArcticSoft's Conference
  5.   -------------------------------------

  7.   - "ARCSOFT", the echo, has been brought for the purpose of discussing
  8.     programs produced by ArcticSoft Development (Mario Mueller). People
  9.     who use or support the programs/products of ArcticSoft Development
  10.     are welcome here.
  11.  
  12.   - Customer support, for programs produced by ArcticSoft Development,
  13.     can be provided by participants or the author(s) of ArcticSoft
  14.     products through the usage of this echo.
  15.  
  16.   - Ideas, requests, suggestions, questions, and comments that relate to
  17.     present/future products of ArcticSoft are welcomed here.
  18.  
  19.   - PCBoard related discussion will be accepted as "on topic" discussion
  20.     as long as it originates/relates to the products of ArcticSoft
  21.     Development.

  23.   2. Participants who Qualify
  24.   ---------------------------

  26.   - Sysops, Cosysops, or "future" Sysops who are interested in using
  27.     programs produced by ArcticSoft Development.
  28.  
  29.   - People who find interest in the production of ArcticSoft Development's
  30.     products.

  32.   3. Conference Rules/Behavior
  33.   ----------------------------

  35.   - Dirty/foul language is un-necessary and will not be tolerated in this
  36.     conference. If you feel that it is absolutely necessary, please
  37.     continue privately through crashmail.
  38.  
  39.   - "English" will be the official language of the "ARCSOFT" conference.
  40.     Please refrain from using any alternate language so that we can all
  41.     communicate under a single language.
  42.  
  43.   - Keep written messages on topic. It's very easy to slip away from the
  44.     original subject. See "Section 1 - Conference Purpose" to get an
  45.     idea on what subjects are considered "on topic".
  46.  
  47.   - "Flaming" at other message posters in this conference will not be
  48.     accepted. If you feel it's absolutely necessary, continue your
  49.     conversation privately through crashmail.
  50.  
  51.   - "ARCSOFT" may not be ported/gated to other networks without permission
  52.     by the moderator.
  53.  
  54.   - Refrain from using BBS-unique codes. This includes PCBoard's @X-codes
  55.     and @-variables. If you must refer to BBS-unique codes, place them
  56.     in their un-interpritable form (example: "@fIRST@" or "@uSER@").
  57.  
  58.   - Message quoting is recommended to responders. Optimize what you quote
  59.     by -NOT- quoting the complete message. Please quote only what's
  60.     necessary.

  62.   Participation in this conference represents your acceptance of these
  63.   rules. Please leave the moderating up to the moderator!
